Never mind I made it work with Replacer after all. Instead of dragging the files into the commandwindow I just wrote the paths at the promt An easier way to do it is to just rename it while it's in use. Drop another in there. Restart explorer. There's no need to boot into safe mode or kill it then rename it. Yeah, i was just about to say that.. I dont really see the problem.. Did you even try the most obvious way? I can only Launch it as Administrator and if i try to change the security option i have an error, impossible to save the modifications acces error :.

There should only be one search result for Administrative tools with the a link to "edit group policy", select this. Accept any UAC prompts. Select "Enabled". The text field below will light up. For convenience, move the new explorer. There might be a quick desktop flicker as the new explorer.

It's very handy to be able to see your file list whilst edtiing. Of course everyone likes the old one — it's what they're used to! But that's not a reason at to which is better. In the long term, the newer is better — its just a matter of getting use to it.
Of the 2 choices, I prfeer the new — but maybe that is because I am so used to looking at SiteCenter! What I would really prfeer is something that was more user friendly — ie. They think "I want to edit the About Us page" so how can you make that easier for them? I disabled all non-microsoft extensions but still problem is occurring.
