If you hang from the ledge above the tunnel, you can drop down on the right side and grab a ledge, and then jump into the tunnel. This is a video showing how to do it: www.
User Info: DysterMareritt. That must be the one with the pool of water in front of the entrance. If you look around the wolf icon for that lair, you'll find a deep hole with a ladder and some water at the bottom. The lair's entrance is in a cave up in the wall, just beneath the ground. You need to completely repair the aqueduct that leads into that area before you can access the lair, though. When you do, the water level will rise and you'll be able to reach the entrance from the surface of the water.
