Inside, start by heading to the upper left to find a well. Descend into its depths to find another well. Descend into that well to find a platform in the middle of a pool of water. On the platform is a treasure chest that you can open to obtain the Prayer Ring.
Return to the town's main area and head right, then make your way toward the upper right side of the town. You'll find two children circling a fire. A scene follows as you draw close to them. Then you can head up to find stairs. Descend the stairs and head along the passage that leads to the lower left. Climb the staircase at the other end of that passage to appear in a room. Climb the stairs along the top side of that room to appear in an upper room, then break the pot near its lower right side for a Mini Medal.
Check the middle of the three nearby bookcases to also receive the Fairy-tale Forest dreamscape, and the left one for the Chilly Cavern dreamscape. Return outside and then head toward the middle of town. Enter the large building and walk forward to find a staircase leading to a lower floor. To the left and right are walkways leading to merchants, and near the top of the chamber is a nun who can save your progress. Head down the stairs and check the room to your lower left.
The residents are an old couple Sorens, who made the Flying Carpet in their youth. However, the couple are fast asleep for that Sorceria had been sealed for so long. Visit the Eldress Isnomor. Enter the large building at the north of the town, then go downstairs. Go upstairs by the northwest stairway. Go into the tower at the end of the pathway. At the entrance of the Eldress' residence, glittering sand is spread all over the place.
When you enter the town, head straight up toward the back right side of the area to find an A-frame house. Enter it and head downstairs, then check the short dresser for a Mini Medal. Talk to the old man there. As you leave, he'll warn you in no uncertain terms that you should absolutely not head to the northeast. If you want to, before you leave town, you can spend the night by speaking to a man downstairs in the inn, but it's pretty expensive. Exit to the world map and head to the northeast.
That means walking east at every opportunity, ignoring most of the steps that lead in a more northern direction. You'll find a shrine at the base of the cliffs. Enter it and head up along the passage to the edge of a lake of ice. If you take a step here and onto the ice, you'll start sliding until you hit a barrier. Each step has that effect, so it's important to start in the proper positioning.
Step onto the ice from the far right side of the passage. Slide up to the back wall, then walk left, down, right, up and left. Walk around to meet with the lady on the throne. She'll give you some advice. Leave the throne room now by heading to the far left side of the pedestal where the woman is situated and heading up so that you slide against the back wall, right and then down to return to the trail that you used to first enter the cave.
